Primate Ayodele issued this warning in his office while reacting to the Dana plane crash that happened recently, he attributed the crash to the negligence of the presidency to the spiritual warning contained in his prophecy book: ‘Warning to the nations,’ which he personally sent to the President on three occasions last year. He said apart from sending the book to the presidency, newspapers, (Daily Sun) inclusive published the story.
He said, God revealed to him last year that Boko Haram would carry out series of bombings in Nigeria this year and that if national prayer could be offered, He, God would avert them. He said instead of our leaders to comply, they neglected the warning. He said what pained him most was that our leaders only listened to pastors that were ready to do their biddings and not the ones that were ready to tell them the truth.
While calling on the people in power to always listen to God’s warning, said if national prayer was offered between now and September, God was going to avert a devastating bombing.
He specifically warned that government should beef up security around Nnamdi Azikiwe and Murtala Mohammed International Airports, as Boko Haram was targeting the two airports. He also warned that a devastating attack was coming from this sect that would spark off civil unrest that might cripple the country.
The man of God said, the minimum wage would still cause problem. He also said the fuel subsidy crisis was not yet over, as the government would deregulate totally before the end of the year.
He also warned President Jonathan to beware of his aides, as most of his aides would rise against him towards 2015. He warned the president against his party, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), saying the party would rise against him towards 2015. The cleric said PDP was going to have major crisis that might cost the party, 2015 presidency.
